One day I broke into awful hives so I went to the university’s health center where a doctor told me I had eaten something and it was just an allergic reaction, take some benedryl it would go away. Four miserable days later I went to the ER where I was told I was on crystal meth because “people on crystal meth think bugs are crawling on them” and scratch incessantly, so they tried to admit me to rehab. When I finally found a competent doctor, they diagnosed me with scabies. Gross but NOT allergies or meth.
