The other day a patient’s wife was telling me how she went to the hospital because her mother was there. She asked one of the nurses where she was and the nurse said "ICU" The patient’s wife responded " ICU too" than she starts to laugh saying how she didn’t know that ICU stood for the Insecure Unit. What a terrible RN am I, thinking the ICU was the Intensive Care Unit.
