I was in the er lobby for a dislocated shoulder when I over heard a nurse getting loud with another patient after she asked to go out for a smoke. It looked like the patient was in with someone else, but she looked shaken up and explained her craving. after the argument going back and forth, I heard the nurse yell, " YOU SERIOUSLY WANT TO GO SMOKE WITH A COLLAPSED LUNG!? NO NOT TONIGHT"
