Had a pt (whose a regular, 160+visits on record), complaint was " I was having oral sex and got a hair in my eye.." another good one is "I got hit in the shoulder by an airplane, (a paper one)"
Hope nothing serious does ever happen to him b/c he definitely wont be taken seriously.
