A petite 40-sumthin year old lady comes in with a GP letter detailing a 5yr hx of great toe pain. The GP has circled the main point of the letter such as ‘multiple XR’s NAD’, and ‘frequent presentations with same…’ and then he had pretty much written he was sick of her, so now it was our problem.
