Male came in to ER complaining of a scrotal injury. Stated he was holding a nail gun in his lap when he plugged it in and it discharged. Sure enough he had a 4 inch nail going in through the top left of his scrotum and out through the bottom right. Ultrasound confirmed that the nail penetrated BOTH testicles. Off to OR!!!
