Last night one of our traumas was a 72yo male with a GSW (Gun Shot Wound) to the chest. Story goes he was responsible for the 3 prior GSW’s that night who apparently broke into his house and tried to rob him. After the gunfight he went back to sleep (bleeding from his chest). His son called 911 when he found out what happened. When asked if he had any allergies in the trauma room he replied ” Yes.. Bullets.” Well put sir!
